The BarraFIT Strength session is a dynamic combination of bodyweight, kettlebell and resistance band exercises designed to improve your ground-to-standing mobility, full body strength, and athletic conditioning.

There are progressive and regressive movements for every skill level. Challenge the mind by piecing techniques together that will make you more confident and fluid with your movements.
